I come from a rich culture in Mexico City and bring passion and dedication to the craft of baking and being a pastry chef over the last few years. It is my daily goal to obtain perfection in the craft as I try to learn from others and grow my knowledge of creating some of the best pastries and cakes in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

Overall, I want to continue learning from the best San Francisco has to offer and pastry chefs who have nearly perfected techniques in San Francisco (Tartine and b.Patisserie, to name a few). I constantly read and watch videos to learn as much as humanly possible to bring my love for baking to a new level for whomever I work for. I am also an experienced barista, learning from some of the best in Phoenix and speak fluently in English and Spanish.
